Modular Abandoned Factory

A small set of modular assets useful for creating old and abandoned factory or warehouse environments.
* small patches of grass shown in some of the pictures are from kite demo and is not included.
** ivy plants are simple textures on a low poly plane.
41 static meshes including modular walls and pillars and some small props for creating abandoned industrial like environments.
 
Wall meshes have outside faces but are not as detailed as inside.
 
All the meshes are optimized triangle wise and have LODs but some of their textures are big (4096x4096) so consider lowering their resolutions if your project is tight on memory.
