Water shader with crashing waves around islands and underwater effects
- Added waterline support for underwater effect
- Distance fields are no longer required and defaulted off in favor for landscape height texture (can still use distance field solution)
- Height lerp added to foam for more realistic transitions
- Tessellation removed completely in favor for new system that uses LOD's
- Works on Unreal Engine 5
- Distance swap on textures with close to camera for better scaling of water
- Slight overhaul of ocean shader
